Who is responsible
Blockwork Studio Lda. is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@blockwork.studio or by post at the address above.
What the brief form keeps
When you send a project brief through the contact page we receive:
- Your name, e-mail address and, if you add it, your company
- The services, budget range and timeline you pick
- Your message and any links you paste into it
We use this only to answer your brief, prepare a quote and, if we work together, run the project. We never sell, rent or share it for marketing.
Analytics
We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies and do not follow you to other websites. We see which pages are read, from which country and on what kind of device — never who you are.
How long we keep it
A brief that does not become a project is deleted after 24 months. Project correspondence is kept for the length of the project plus the period Portuguese accounting law requires (currently ten years for invoices). Analytics are kept in aggregate only.
Who else sees it
Our e-mail and hosting providers process the data on our behalf, under written agreements and inside the European Union where possible. We share nothing else unless the law obliges us to.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to:
- See the data we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Correct it, or have it deleted
- Limit or object to how we use it
- Move it to someone else
Write to hello@blockwork.studio and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date above. Material changes are announced on this page before they apply.
